Do you believe that Catholic schools can’t merely survive — for the good of our communities, our nation, and the Church, they must thrive?
Do you believe Catholic school leaders are more than administrators; they are ministers and leaders who nurture a culture that values knowledge, excellence, persistence, love, and service?
If you say yes then answer Jesus’ invitation to Come Follow Me and apply to be a Curran Catholic School Leadership Academy Fellow. Curran Fellows are prepared to ensure that these Gospel values permeate every aspect of the school community — spiritually, instructionally, and in the day-to-day management of a school. Curran Fellows are faith leaders, instructional leaders, and community leaders, transforming their schools so that students achieve academically and grow in faith as children of God.
"Reimagining urban Catholic education and implementing the needed innovations requires visionary Catholic school leaders.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18
Memorable achievements are brought about by leaders with a vision. God uses visions to excite school leaders. Excited school leaders motivate teachers and staff to be risk takers and stretch beyond their comfort zones.
With vision, teachers feel empowered and vibrant. And when teachers are empowered and vibrant, student achievement can increase exponentially.”Sr. Anne Massell
